Andy Hilbert (born on February 6, 1981 in Howell, Michigan) is a professional ice hockey forward who currently plays for the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League.

Playing career

  •  Drafted by the Boston Bruins in the 2nd round (37th overall) in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.
  •  Was traded in November of 2005 to the Chicago Blackhawks for a 5th round selection in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
  •  Was claimed off waivers by the Penguins on March 9, 2006.
  •  Was signed by the New York Islanders on a 1 year contract July 4, 2006.
  •  Was resigned by the NY Islanders to a 2 year contract on July 3, 2007
