Travis Zajac

Travis Zajac (born May 13, 1985 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is an ice hockey player who currently plays for the New Jersey Devils and wears number 19.

He was selected 20th overall in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft by the New Jersey Devils. He made his NHL debut on October 6, 2006 when the New Jersey Devils beat the Carolina Hurricanes 4-0. He scored his first NHL goal in his second NHL game on October 7, 2006, a 3-1 loss to the Dallas Stars. He centered the Devils' second line with former University of North Dakota teammate Zach Parise on his left and Jamie Langenbrunner as his right wing. The line was referred to as the "PZL" or "ZZ Pop" Line by many Devils fans. Now he has Patrik Elias on his left and Brian Gionta on his right.
