Eastern Conference Finals
The Pittsburgh Penguins are 210-moneyline favs over the Philadelphia Flyers who are listed as +170 underdogs. The Flyers lead the regular season series 5-3 SU, while home ice has proven to be the advantage. The Flyers have scored 44 goals against Washington and Montreal, and they’ve allowed 34 goals. The Penguins have scored 31 goals against Ottawa and NY Rangers, and they’ve allowed 16 goals.
Western Conference Finals
The Detroit Red Wings are 220-moneyline favs over the Dallas Stars who are listed as +180 underdogs. Detroit leads the regular season series 3-1 SU, two wins at home and one on the road. Dallas has scored 35 goals against Anaheim and San Jose, and they’ve allowed 23 goals. Detroit has scored 38 goals against Nashville and Colorado, and they’ve allowed 20 goals.
The Bottom Line: It’s anybody’s guess, but I do not think that the Pens will get past the Flyers. I want Detroit to advance, but Dallas has beat two of the hardest, talented teams in the playoffs.
