Goalie Roberto Luongo had a stellar game against the Nashville Predators where he stopped 49 shots for the 4-3 (SO) win. The Red Wings suffered a devastating blow due to the injury to Niklas Lindstrom, their top defenseman. They’ve gone on a 1-6-1, including a 1-0 loss to Calgary on Friday, losing streak. Chris Chelios left Friday’s game after a slapshot hit him In the back of the leg, he is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game. The Wings are 21-9-1-2 on the road and they won’t be the red hot team that started out on fire at the beginning of the season.
